WHAT CURRENCY DOES THIS SHOP CHARGE IN?

✦ All our prices are standardized to USD. But you have the option to select what currency you view our store in!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

✦ We will only be accepting payments via the Fourthwall available options.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

✦ Anywhere that accepts shipments from Singapore.

✦ All mail is sent via Singapore Speedpost (Singpost).

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?  

✦ Once we have the physical items on-hand, all orders will be processed within 5-10 working days.

✦ Local orders (i.e. in Singapore) are estimated to take up to 2 weeks. 

✦ Shipping for international orders (i.e. outside of Singapore) is estimated to take 3-10 weeks.

✦ Shipping time varies greatly, but please understand... this is out of our control.

✦ Delivery timings may be subject to unexpected delays, especially during peak times such as during the holiday season.

✦ We will do our best to ship all your items in one package! This means that if your order contains a preorder item, the whole order will only be sent out after all items in your order are ready. 

HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?

✦ Delivery prices are determined by weight and your mailing address (i.e. country).

✦ Customs and import taxes (VAT/GST) might apply to international orders outside of Singapore.

✦ We will not be responsible for any extra costs incurred.

WILL MY PARCEL BE TRACKED?

✦ All orders will be tracked. 

✦ For orders to USA, please note:

The designated operator of USA, USPS, has informed that from 1 October 2015, online tracking and delivery information for registered letter mail sent from Singapore to USA will not be visible or available on USPS website www.usps.com. Hence, tracking information is only available up to "Arrival at Destination Post" on SingPost website. Customers in Singapore can raise enquiry with SingPost if the addressee confirms non-receipt of the Registered Article after 18 working days from posting. SingPost will check with the USPS on the status of the item, and under the international postal agreement, USPS may take up to 60 days to reply to SingPost.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?

✦  We are just small vtubers running this equally small business. All sales are final and there will be no refunds.

WHY DOESNT THE ITEM MATCH HOW IT LOOKS IN THE PHOTO?

✦ We're sorry! Our funding is limited so Kal takes all photos on her phone... Sometimes iPhone portrait mode may blur some things (e.g. the clear edge of a keychain).

✦ Colors of the products may look slightly different due to lighting and also look slightly different on screen compared to real life! 

HELP! MY ORDER IS MISSING?!

✦ If your orders are missing or have not arrived to you within the stated date (up to 5 weeks), please contact us via email or Twitter. We will try our best to resend the items! However, please check in with your post office as we do not have control over the delivery process once your parcel is out of our hands.
